What is a Home Inspection?
A limited visual inspection of a home and its systems during the time which the Home Inspector in on site. Any incident that occurs after the Home Inspector has left the property (e.g. a ball going through the window), will not be on the home inspection report. The home inspection will result in a detailed report that will be delivered to the Client.
What does the client do with home inspection report?
A home inspection report is the result of a limited visual inspection to find "red flags" in a home. The Client can then decide to hire a professional tradesperson for a detailed investigation including estimate cost of repair, or not. The home inspection report is information for the Client. The Client can use it how they see best.

Same day or 1 day is typical once AEHI has received signed Pre-Inspection Agreement, payment, and completed the home for inspection.
